Booking and confirmation
Bookings can be made by e-mail. |

Payment
A 10% non-returnable deposit is required for confirmation of the booking, a further 20% three months before the tour and the final 70% five weeks prior to the start of the tour. |

Cancellation or change of booking by the customer
Any fees paid by the customer are refundable minus 10% up to four weeks before the commencement of the tour. No refunds given for less than 4 weeks notice.

Cancellation by Asturias Trails Ltd
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings prior to the start of the trip on the following grounds:

There are extenuating circumstances (these include: natural disasters, acts of God, strikes, or other unforeseeable events that influence the safety of the trip or travel in the tour area, or the ability of Asturias Trails Ltd to carry out a specific tour.) A full refund will be given if such an event occurs. |

Individual participants can be refused or expelled from the trip if they display inappropriate behaviour that may result in damage to themselves or any of the other tour participants or any other person. In this case there will be no reimbursement. Asturias Trails Ltd will be the sole decision maker as to whether such behaviour has occurred. |

Responsibility
Asturias Trails Ltd is not responsible for:
- Accidents that occur during motorbike riding.
- Theft or damage to your motorcycle, baggage or goods.
- Any costs incurred as a result of cancellations, bike failures (mechanical), vehicle recovery etc. |

Liability declaration
By booking the customer automatically agrees to the following and will be asked to sign the same declaration on joining an Asturias Trails Ltd tour: |

"I am completely aware of the dangers of motorbike riding. I take part in this trip at my own risk. I agree to the fact that neither Asturias Trails Ltd and/or the Tour Leader, nor any of their representatives or their agents, is responsible for damage to my person or belongings and motorcycle or any loss of my motorcycle or belongings, or for any financial loss I may incur or other extenuating circumstances beyond their control.
I am aware that Asturias Trails Ltd is not responsible for the behaviour of other participants. I shall abide by local traffic regulations and those of the group trip. I will ensure that my behaviour and/or actions in no way cause harm to other people or the local environment.
As far as is known to me I am in good health and able to ride my motorcycle. I have a valid full motorcycle licence and insurance for my motorcycle. I am responsible for my own travel insurance and vehicle recovery should it break down."
