Road Tours
We have a deep knowledge of the roads and routes through the Asturias, Galicia, Navarra and Castilla y Leon areas, particularly those that are the most scenic and remote, covering various interesting historic and cultural sights, from Roman gold mines to the beautiful churches and villages along the ancient pilgrims’ routes. We know how to plan routes that capture the best mountain roads and the best touring roads in the region. In addition, we also have arrangements with hotels that allow us to plan and organise good and well located accommodation for tours.

Our Base
Our start point for all tours is the town of Nava, which is centrally located in Asturias and a convenient 2 hours ride from Santander ferry terminal. This means you start your tour refreshed after the ferry journey, with no long motorway journey to face and the maximum time possible out of your holiday to spend doing the touring you enjoy.

Matthew has years of road and trail riding experience, in Europe, Africa, South America, India and Mongolia. His aim is to lead tours through the the most untouched areas of Asturias and Galicia, safely and on routes that match the types of bikes and rider on the tour.

Carolina,
Tour Support Manager
Our tour support manager is Carolina. Originally from Madrid and now living in Asturias, Carolina is a key member of the Asturias Road Tours team. As well as providing linguistic and administrative support to the business, she acts as a key liaison point in the case of any incidents while on tour. Carolina is a great ambassador for Asturias and a dedicated champion of its cultural delights.
